Anyway, After I had cleaned the rooms and share space up with some guys, I made some coffee for them at front desk.
When making a coffee, I start to pick over raw coffee beans.
Then, the beans are put into the roaster, and they are roasted for 15min.
It changing its green to brown colour, its flavour rising.
Today, Mr.Takano and Mr. Inoue,

the staffs from K2-international helped to select good ones from mixed-beans.

To make a good one, this work is very important.
That’s because old, cracked, little beans cause its bitterness strongly, and bad tasty.
However, this work needs to concentration for a long time.

The beans for 5cups of coffee are about 400, I have to pick it over from them.

Thanks to this labour, the freshly-good brewed coffee will be ready for you.
