We visited BLUFF TERRACE, a daily shared cafe run by Yokohama Hostel Village!
On Tuesday, we went to CO-〈co, a store that serves delicious coffee and baked goods!
As soon as you enter, you are enveloped by the aroma of coffee and the soft atmosphere of the owner.
Today I had a cup of Papua New Guinea coffee (400 yen). It was an excellent coffee with a slight bitterness and a clean aftertaste.
The owner says, "I want to create a space where visitors feel as if they are at home, not just serving coffee. As he says, there is a warm and relaxing atmosphere in the store.
In the future, she says, "I want to create a center for local people to interact with each other using coffee in my hometown, which I love so much!
