Steepest(?) slope in Yokohama

There is a famous slope near this hostel.
It’s said that the steepest slope around here .
It’s called “Ushi saka”.
It means “cow slope” because they thought that no one can’t climb it without some animals who move slowly such as cow!
You must be surprised by the angle when you get to the top!
